WH Smith North America is in the process of a multi-year business transformation to improve merchandising, supply chain, store operations, and core business systems. To support this effort, we are seeking a Transformation Delivery Coordinator to provide planning, coordination, reporting, and delivery support across workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support transformation initiatives by coordinating timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple workstreams
• Maintain project trackers, status reports, meeting notes, and documentation
• Assist senior leaders and workstream owners with planning activities and dependency tracking
• Monitor progress against milestones and escalate risks or issues to the program lead
• Prepare clear, concise updates for leadership meetings and transformation forums
• Coordinate meetings, action items, and follow‑ups to support execution momentum
• Help ensure alignment between workstream activities and overall transformation goals
• Learn and apply basic program governance, reporting cadence, and KPI tracking

Compensation: $55,000 – $65,000
